This notice explains, at a website level, how information may be handled when you visit wbi.ae or submit an enquiry to West Bridge Investment.
Information you choose to provide.
Enquiries are sent through an enquiry form provided by Tally (tally.so), the form service WBI uses to receive them. The form asks what the enquiry is about, your name, your company or organisation and your work email address; you can add your telephone number and a message about the opportunity. It also asks you to confirm that WBI may use these details to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending confidential information that is not necessary for the initial enquiry.
Information recorded with an enquiry.
To help WBI understand and answer an enquiry, the website passes the following to the form: the language of the page, the WBI page whose link led to the form and the section of the website it belongs to, the topic that page opened the form on, and how your visit reached the website (the address of the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed). How your visit reached the website is kept in your browser for the current tab only, as the cookie notice explains.
Tally processes the information entered in the form, and the technical information it needs to provide and secure its service, under its own terms and privacy policy.
How website information is used.
Information submitted through the website may be used to review and respond to enquiries, understand the opportunity you are contacting WBI about, maintain website security and support the operation of the service. Information is not presented on this website as being sold to third parties.
The website itself does not keep a copy of an enquiry: the form stores each enquiry in WBI's Tally account, and WBI is notified of it by email.
Service providers, retention and requests.
Website hosting, security, communications or other technical providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services. Enquiries are received and stored through Tally, the service WBI uses for this purpose, and notifications of new enquiries are sent by email. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose or legal requirement.
